All custom items are made to order to your specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be sure of size, color and personalization prior to ordering.

Our new exclusive Custom Department offers you limitless possibilities for your clothing and gift needs. Our clothing line enables you to create your own look. Whether it’s a special size, color or personalization, we can offer you a garment to fit your needs. Items are available to you in a multitude of color and size choices and come with the option of personalization to the garment embroidery or printing placement and lettering.

Don’t see a style or item you like? Let us know and we will do our best to find it for you. Have a group, department or team that needs a special gift or coordinating apparel? The Andover Bookstore makes it easy to completely tailor a solution from design to delivery. Most custom items are available within a few days; however, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
